This beachfront villa is located in Lokapaksa, near Seririt and 15 minutes west of Lovina, in the quiet north of Bali.

The villa was built in 2009 on a plot of 2700 m2 and lies in a lush tropical garden with palm trees, blooming exotic plants and flowers, exquisite statues and lotus ponds, with a large private swimming pool and a wonderful jacuzzi. Next to the swimming pool, there is an outdoor recreation area (Bal Bengong) where you can relax. A seating area near the black lava sand beach on the coast of Bali where you can enjoy the sunset. Through the spacious entrance hall with a view of the beautiful alang-alang roof, you arrive in the majestic living room with a view of the garden and the sea. The furnishing style is minimalist with Balinese, Buddhist, and colonial accents.

In the living room, a staircase leads to a space with a classic desk and a balcony. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and has everything you need. Behind it is a storage room with an additional refrigerator.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an outdoor bathroom for luxurious outdoor showers with double sinks and a toilet.
Adjacent is the second bedroom with two single beds, a sink, and an en-suite shower. Both bedrooms have access to the veranda.

The third bedroom is located at the front of the house with a double bed and an external bathroom.

The property has a staff room with a washing machine and dryer.

The entrance to the villa is through a large gate, a great garden and the house temple. The path leads you through the front garden and between ponds with sleeping Buddha heads to the front door. You enter the sea garden through a sliding door in the hall to the covered porch. This is where you will spend most of your time at the large dinner table. The porch is equipped with bamboo roller blinds if you prefer shade in the afternoon. Adjacent to the veranda you will find the large 6 x 18-meter infinity pool, made to order.

From the terrace, you enter the beautiful tropical garden. A wide walkway passes the lotus ponds and Buddha statues made on site by local craftsmen, and leads to the beach seating area, about 40 meters from the house.

The veranda, the house, the pool, and the hot tub are beautifully lit in the evening.
